OUR PEOPLE
Our most important asset
MPS’ greatest strength is its people. We hire dependable, positive, self-motivated and team-oriented people who have highly developed analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. We support a wide range of diversity groups representative of different genders, age, disability, LGBTI+, carers, First Nations people and cultures.
MPS has an extremely high retention rate as a result of our inclusive and award-winning management style. We are collaborative across our teams to continually improve our end-to-end processes, for example our business process improvement initiatives. These practices are simultaneously enhancing MPS business performance, engagement, and well-being.
Our approach to inclusion and building a high performing team has enabled MPS to continue to flourish, despite the rapidly changing operating environment and Government policies.
